  In order to be effective, 3TLP entertains equity only, equity/fee, and fee only engagements. We require 3 conditions to be present in order to successfully help our clients. First, there must be an identifiable issue(s) where we can positively affect change. Secondly, there must be sufficient people resources available to accomplish goals. Third, there must be adequate compensation available to pay for results.
  
  Our typical engagement timeline is as follows:
  1. 1st meeting
  2. Indentify where 3TLP can help
  3. 2nd meeting (drill down to specifics)
  4. Create proposal/engagement offer
  5. Discuss proposal
  6. Client makes decision on proposal
  7. Implementation/Strategy meeting
  8. Execute deliverables according to signed agreement
  9. Complete engagement/Manage on-going relationship
