Retail Spaces
3TLP is experienced and capable of retail build outs from 1,000 square feet to 25,000 square feet. We have done projects for small retail locations as well as larger retail spaces. We have knowledge of local code requirements and work hard to meet you deadline requirements.

3TLP has successfully done office space buildouts for our clients in Middle Tennessee. Specifically, our customers are based in Brentwood, Franklin, and Williamson County. In addition, we do undertake projects in Southern Davidson county Tennessee.
