Kitchen Remodel Estimate Guide
At 3TLP, our goal is to help you make the appropriate decisions for your situation, budget, and over kitchen remodel goals. We have developed a summarized guide to help you determine which kitchen remodel option is right for you/your home.

Kitchen Remodel: Plan A ($6,000 - $8,000)
Allowances:
- New Dishwasher
- New Cook Top
- New Double Ovens
- Space Maker Microwave
- New Sink
- New Faucet
- New Knobs and Drawer Pulls
- New Counter Top (35 linear sq. feet)
Owner Effort Required:
- Demo of Old Counter Tops
- Remove existing sink and fixture
- Remove furniture where necessary
- Remove Wall paper and repair drywall
- Install new knobs and drawer pulls
- New Paint and drywall
- Install new Fridge, if necessary
- Owner Provides all materials necessary for update
- Haul off all demo debris
Cabinets
- Use existing cabinets with no modifications
Counter Tops
- Install formica counter tops
Faucets:
- Install with existing hoses, etc.
Appliances:
- Install new appliances (must be same size/type)
Miscellaneous:
- No new flooring needed
- No tile backsplash
